It's the first time I be the chairperson for such a big event in UCSI. I really don't know whether I'm capable, but I took that position, is to let myself to have a chance, to know where my ability can extend to.
I'm trying hard to make the committees to work together, but all of them seems have a lot of stuffs to busy with, and they don't really have time for this event. I know they starting to have assignments and test.
Is that my problems? I'm not able to handle this event, I can't lead the whole team...Is it my problems?
My solution??
Be a good chairperson...to help the committees who are really busy or those who really and can't get any man-power to help him/her. (since the students here are too cold, cool, quite, diam, passive)
Concern more to every committees...
Encourage them in this period...
We are a TEAM...We make the event happen, We make it run smooth, We can do it!!!
