为什么面试总是喜欢问的第一个问题，就是要你自我介绍？
到底管理层想了解的是什么？面试人的家庭背景？生活环境？个人性格分析？
在下来的问题就是"What is your career objective?"
然后就是"What do you want to achieve in your life?"
到底面试是为了什么？
怎么感觉上，面试其实就是说谎大赛？除了能够出示文凭证明自己的能力之外，就是考面试者的口才有多好，能够将自己推销给公司。
为了能够脱颖而出，就尽量吹自己有多少的能力，不管只是半桶水、四分一也好，也得说得自己很厉害...
所以，面试是什么？

i guess its a way for employers to see how their applicants looks like in real life, how well they can communicate and are they sociable.
But, the question is, all this thing can be lied...how the enployers judge??
if i'm the one who interview the candidates, how can i judge?
