I just noticed that having training in a company has a few Nama Khas to name it...Industrial training (this is quite common)...Internship (most of them dunno what is this)...Co-op III (to differentiate from others Uni or Coll, this is the most special terms from UCSI)
Oh ya...our CO-OP stand for Co-operation!!
I'm now having my industrial training (prefer this much) in a listed company, PUC FOUNDER (MSC) S/B...this is an IT company which doing finger print business...the write the software and make the finger print product too...which name as FinterTec...I'm not sure whether this can be found in the market, but I do only know this is the company founder from China, and they have the business in Japan too...
I'm training as the assistant of videographer and multimedia editor. Just started the work here only 4 days, and I had already assigned a few jobs to do. I'm not as free as others friend who doing their training for the 1st day.
I need to help me supervisor to put in all the subtitle into the 7mins plus corporate video.
It's sounds easy, but the idea keep changing...trying to put it in black bar with white wordings; white bar in black wordings, red wordings, blue wordings...Finally ended up with yellow wordings with black shadow... It tooks me a whole day to face the PC... However, I didn't feel tired although I had work for whole day, non-rest...
Maybe I'm really enjoy this work...
Then, the next day, I was asked to watch a 4 hours forum, which had aired in AEC. It's a chinese forum, talking about corruption of the headmasters / headmistress in primary schools. After watching it, I need to edit it into 1 hour, for my boss to show it when he went for the meeting of PIBG (if I'm not mistaken).
This is not really tough, but need to come out an idea from the 4 hrs thingy, and bring out the torny issue to show the public. I'm still thinking an excellent way to present it. At least, have a great impact on the opening...hmm...
That's only the 1st step...according to my supervisor - Ms Sue... She told me the next step is that she will assign me a job, to reshoot a product. It's an hour VCD, showing the installation and setting of the product. So, the 2nd step, I need to come out with my own schedule, to decide when to shoot, what to shoot, whom being shoot, where to shoot and of cause, how to shoot.
High angle? Low angle? CU? LS? MS?Panning? Zooming...etc...
Anyhow, this will be my 2nd "baby"...
Praying hard for me to have a great idea to do it....
Many of my friends keep asking me how's my work here...thanks for you all, thanks for the blessing from Aaron, Tian Nee, Jasmine, Ting Fong, Sam...I'm doing well here...at least...STILL ALIVE...still can SURVIVE...muahahaha...No worry...I'm great...I'm sure when my training ends, I will get a better grade...hehe...(bit too over confident hor...haha)
Really, seriously, thanks to they all, who giving me support all the time...feel so touch...at least, I know I have a bunch of friends who cares on me...
Getting busy next week, I can sense the work load adding already...I really hope, after this training, I can find out my future interest...either editor? PE teacher? Mktg in UCSI? or others...
