CPU vs Brain

We can format the PC anytime, and install all the software again...
We can throw the unwanted file anytime to the recycle bin, and delete it forever...
We can just click CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart the PC anytime once it hang...

Can I format my brain anytime, cos it's been affected with lots of different virus...
Can I just install the "software" that I need and I want?
Can I just throw all the unwanted info to the "recycle bin"?
Can I deleted the unwanted "file" forever and I won't remember it anymore?
Can I just click CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart my brain whenever I "hang"?

Is the life just as easy as the PC? Can I have such an easy life?
